Release 1.7

Administrative Features and Functionality

• Added ability to archive membership types.
• Retired date ranges for membership types.
• Hid membership type page from club admin.
• Updated how to distinguish if a membership type accepts new members and/or renewals.
• Updated column heading on club directory.
• Added membership types column to club directory.
• Added GHIN club ID column to Accounting page.
• Emails sent from website are now using Mandrill.
• Added golfer queue to resolve GHIN blank responses.

Front-end Interface

• Added GHIN is down message.

Widget

• Created widget for SRGAs to use in member dashboard on association’s website.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed association admin unable to add/edit/delete CC email addresses on membership types.
• Fixed save button appearing to not work on roster when selecting a membership type for a member.
• Fixed GHIN search on front end not working when name included an apostrophe.

Release 1.0

This was the official release of Club Caddie!  Core features in this release include:

Front-end Interface

• Front end portal for golfers to join any club, anywhere.
• Checkout pages are fully responsive and render perfectly on any device.
• Step-by-step interface allows the golfer to look up their GHIN number.
• New golfers are automatically set up in GHIN.
• Payments are processed through AFS(NMI).
• Checkout pages can be customized to match your current website’s look and feel using WordPress themes.

Administrative Features and Functionality

• Manage Association fees and discounts.
• Edit content on each of the checkout pages.
• Manage email notifications.
• Choose which clubs allow online join.
• Setup and edit club fees and discounts based on eligibility.
• Generate quick links for golfers to join directly to a given club.
• Pass critical data to AFS(NMI) for accounting purposes.
• Association Settings –> Show or hide SRGA dues on checkout.
• Complete integration with GHIN.
